Thanks Bad_Captain!

Those 2 Creates were not in my dump I made of my good server (did a --no-data dump). Made a full dump with --routines and grep'ed it out and see the function creates.

Sourced in the 2 Creates you posted and re-sourced the vgroups and all went well, all the VIEWS are now on the server. Will have to wait until I get home to test it out on the Test Server.

Hopefully I will post a final to this thread when I get home.

Thanks again to all the posters, I for one learn lots reading every thread.

Michael

Bots are back to zoning.

I still had some issues getting the data sourced back in correctly. Finally I did a dump of the vwgroups table on the working server I then sourced in the 2 Creates as posted by bad_captain and then sourced in the vwgroups dump.

That did the trick so server back to normal. Now to make sure the dump with routines pulls all the data.

Thanks again to Lillu for pointing me toward Views and to bad_captain and others for their help.

I think that I will go back to playing in Perl for the rest of the week, so much easier.

1 final note.

I did a dump with routines, restored to clean server and bot's worked fine. All tables (and Views) appear to have been in the backup.

mysqldump --routines -u root -ppassword peq >peq_backup.sql

Thanks again to all,

Michael
