Default Free-to-play + EQEmu = yes?

So this EQEmu thing seems like an awesome idea, because my badass computer obviously isnt badass enough for SOEs version of Everquest to let me click past the terms and conditions every time i try to install and play the game. Im a free-to-player, but like, you know the terms and conditions/seizure warning stuff you see when you run Everquest for the first time? Yeah, even though it lights up when hovered over, i cant click "accept" or "decline" or "ok," nor can i scroll down and read what all the message says. But, anyway, to my question: will the EQEmu way of things work with a free account, and if so, where would i find instructions other than for getting the paid version of Everquest connected to EQEmu?

Thank you!

Are you sure you aren't trying to run a really old EverQuest client? I have this kind of problem if I try to load up the original EverQuest CD on my Windows 7 machine lol. This sounds more like a DirectX input problem than anything.
