It is for hacking in EQ, and we really shouldn't go into anymore detail than that on these forums.

That was actually a pretty interesting read, and helpful for anyone who wants to combat client-side hacks while developing a MMO.

project99 does a great job at stopping cheats. much better than eq live, where macroquest sites and users are a dime a dozen.
