getting back to Norrath HELP!

Hoping to be a returning player to Norrath, realized the version I had was not supported so I had to uninstall.

I will say I have been unsuccessful in installing titanium again from other ways (not mentioning them) but Im wondering if anyone has been able to do it on windows 8. The the Daemon tools do not work, or I just dont understand how to make it work.

EQ titanium retail is online but for hundreds of dollars. What does one need to do to get playing again for a reasonable price (im not paying 240 bucks to install a game from 15 years ago)

anyone if you can help, and I would greatly apprecate, please let me know so we can take this offline via email and hopefully get me back in norrath

I hope there are friendly faces still out there since thats the best memory of norrath, people willing to help those in need

I just looked on Amazon and Secrets of Faydwer is available for under $50.00. SoF will work with EQ Emu.
