Full Buff Duartion

On my old rev I was able to change the buff duration formula and I could cast high level spells on a level 1. This Rev I can't. Does anyone know how I can get full buff durations of any level spell on newbs?

I changed my "buffdurationformula" so it would work. The only problem is, spell duration focuses are affecting the buff duration even though an NPC is casting the buff on them .. I don't care much but not sure if you would.

I changed the "buffdurationformula" to "11" and my buffs on my buff NPC last for 2.5hr no matter your level.

I changed that in the spells_new table in my db btw.

Did that and still wouldnt work.
