Default Turgur's Insects & Time's Antithesis
Hi all,

Playing around on my shaman a bit and noticed clicking the Time's Antithesis (Turgur's Insects) triggers the spell recovery time. If I'm not mistaken using clickies such as the Time's Antithesis on live never triggered those recovery times.

Is there a way to make those recovery times not trigger when a spell is used off of an item or is the only way to deal with that to remove the recovery time from the spell altogether?

Sounds like a bug. If it doesn't get picked up by a dev here, try reporting it here:-
