EQemu launcher

Hey i dont know if this is the right place to post this, sorry if its the wrong place. but i been trying to get some help for a while and none is even caring to help me. the Eqemu launcher i open it up where it shows the news at it says its unable to connect then if i open up servers it says cannot open webpage. then if i click play it says : API Request failed: unable to connect to remote server.

and i was going to try to download the launcher on the this website i click the download link it opens a new tab to the webpage then it says access denied.

i really want to play so please help me.
