Default Train spells by right clicking on a trainer?

One thing I always hated about EverQuest was buying spells and looting spells and farming spells so on my server I wanted to make it to where you visit your trainer and they scribe your spells for you. Thus making class guildmasters relevant again and taking out the spell buying drama.
I had originally created a quest to where you speak to your trainer and they scribe your spells but I'd have to add that quest to every class trainer GM manually. I was wondering is there an easier way to do this with a global quest? Perhaps one that will scribe the spells when the player opens the trainer window?
I was looking through the lexicon and didn't see anything but I'm really new at perl. But doing pretty well thus far but this may be out of my league.

There's no current way, but it's an interesting prospect will look into it.

Thanks. I was reading through the lexicon hoping I wasn't looking right at the command.
I can figure out how to get it to scribe the spells. That's the easy part. I just wasn't sure what event would trigger it.
