Default new character skill levels

So I have a new server I just built and I made a few new toons. They are
Starting with skills at higher level then 0. Like they start with 30 in begging, 30 in alcohol
Tolerance, 10 in alteration, 5 in 1hand blunt and so forth. Haven't created a
New toon in long time but I think those all start at 0?

You start with skills maxed for level 1. Besides a few of them (specialized, tradeskills, alcohol tolerance, bind wound [the latter of the two were just fixed])

I'm not sure when live started this, but we do it now. Also on that note, I noticed some starting languages appear to be different now too.... (or we were just wrong originally)

You can always change them in the database if you want to go back to 0s across the board.

This is hard coded in world/client.cpp

Look for:

void Client::SetRaceStartingSkills
