Default Easiest Zone Editor?

I would like to take some of the existing zones and modify the landscape and spawnpoints, what would be the easiest tool to use for this job, I have seen about 3-4 zone editors on here. I havent started with any yet, just wanted to get a little advice on which one would be the easiest to use for some light editing.

A DB editor like Navicat, MySQL workbench, Heidi, etc. and/or EOC. Until GeorgeS updates his software (if he does), his aren't an option to my knowledge (pretty sure most if not all are "broke"). Adding objects/doors and such can be done in game, the addition of doors is especially easy with Akka's Door Manipulation tool.

Working on a 1-1 replacement with Georges NPC Editor Suite in EoC and am about 60% through and it is in very good shape, definitely usable:

awesome I will check out the NPC one, but what about like reshaping a zone to look differently. I was able to log in earlier and play around with the item editor in the Operations Center
