Bot Rule Value Question

where do I go to change the account level for people to create bots? I want to set it for GM only until the bugs are worked out but I cant find it in the rule_values

Account level for commands is generally stored in the Commands table. I've never used them, but I'd venture a guess that's where the bot commands go, too.

Just set the #bot command status to higher than your player's statuses in the commands table
