Is It Possible to Chanage Your SMS?

I moved to a different city and need to change my cell number, but don't want to do that before I can update it on here- if possible. Does anyone know how to go about this? I don't see the option in my account settings..

Any help would be great!

Sorry if this is a thread already, I know how some people like to get mad when that happens.
