How do I Participate in the Development in the Revamped Zones?

I wish to participate and utilize my time in providing the zone information for the revamped zones that are currently non-functional.

I need details like what tools to obtain and export data, the process, and where and who (cavedude?) to provided the data.

Count me in.

I don't mind doing database work to get content accurate. I have my own mysql scripts to do some of this but, collaboration/discussion on this and other to smooth the process sounds great! The main thing I am missing or unsure about is accurate data. With authentic data, I would do this in a heartbeat. It's really all I am missing.

I am not familiar with many of the tools that exist and if they exist.
