Need help with spawns

Having trouble spawning mobs in Sol B and Permafrost I think because of the Z coord. Like on the platform near the zone in in the sleeper's tomb where the captain of the guard spawns...when I try to spawn a mob on that platform with an empty database the mob seems to spawn under the platform. the mob is on the #listnpcs list but I can't see it. the same is true for sol b and permafrost but when trying to place spawns there the zone becomes unavailable and I can't zone in or the game kicks me out of the game. I was wondering if there was a way to fix it to where the mobs will spawn in the correct place. if it has something to do with the fixed z coord I need to know how to change that or add that table or whatever. any help is appreciated.

Someone there had the same problem. The theory there seems to be that all z cords are off by a factor of 10. Someone explains the math used and that should help.
