Default Is there a server that has classic versions of zones and stops at Planes of Power?

While I do know about p2002 and TAKP, I was wondering if there is a server that uses the classic versions of zones, and currently has expansion content up until PoP?

After some research, all I was able to find was this:

There is a similar project, check it out here: http://www.takproject.net/forums/index.php

It's a classic project that is attempting to emulate Al`Kabor, the Mac EverQuest server that stopped at Planes of Powers. It uses an older client and everything, it will be rather nostalgic to see the old UI, old character models, and old world as it was.

Also you may want to check out Chronicles of Norrath, it goes one xpac past PoP but has an active GM here (Provocating) as well as a website:
