Needscure crash?

Admittedly I have not updated to latest version am about 2 commits behind.

But almost EVERY single crash my server has includes this info

Starts with Needscure section and leads to crash.

I am going to update to see if it persists but did not see anything in changelog that indicated this was an issue that had been fixed.

At the very top of the crash log does it say something close to "DIVIDE BY 0 CRASH" or something like that?

Pretty much they all indicate same thing with the Bot cure section.
Does not seem to matter what zone.

The only 2 dereferenced functions that I see are:

If, for some reason, a target class has less actual slots than what https://github.com/EQEmu/Server/blob...bot.cpp#L13347 returns,
you would get an exception error using the 'GetBuffs()[j]' dereference as well...

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Had same crash today approximately 4 or 5 times. Postorms akheva Karns. Doesnt seem to matter where...
Anything youd like me to change and try Uleat?

I had a similar crash when I used to run a server.. it was from the counters being 0

So I added this line... to make sure it has counters :p (this was from a long time ago though)

It was caused when a Bot with PETS zoned to a new zone.. and the pet has a debuff with counters on it, the zone would crash.. (if there was a class that could cure in the party)

So i updated to latest version and implemented NateDogz fix.

This is crashdump from today with latest version and the fix in place.

It seems to happen as soon as boss dies that has a Dot on players. MAYBE something to do with a debuff that cannot be cured or something?

I think for the moment im just gonna attempt to comment out Auto checking for needs a cure lol

I cannot really provide much information other than it does NOT appear to be caused due to zoning with any type of buff. it seems most likely to be caused by a bot trying to cure a debuff from a MOB after the mob dies.

It crashes the entire zone not just the player.

I cannot reproduce. It happens sometimes not others.

Can confirm for a fact that it happens most notably with Bristlebane in mischief.

Im wondering if it could be that the boss casts a debuff that CANNOT be cured(like bristlebanes Halfling illusion or something). Or that the bot does not have a cure for?

Some other info.
My server goes above 65(but this happened before the levels above 65 too)
Multiple bots are allowed in a group possibly cleric trying to cure at same time as Shaman or something?

I spawn a Cleric bot, and Magician bot...

I cast a disease with counters on everything in my party... including the pet and this exception will be caused when zoning

(Disease I was casting was Sicken spellid 75 btw)

Adding what I said above... makes the crash go away for me... so not sure how it was still crashing when you added it.

Traced what is causing the crash.... "Bot::LoadPetBuffs" does NOT load the counters on spells... so it will have a counterless spell (aka 0 counters) .. so it hits that check and divides by 0 which causes the crash!

Pushed a workaround for this. There is no database entry for `bot_pet_buffs` to have coutners.. so on zone when it loads the botpetbuffs it will just reset their counters to max.
