Default Spells being a pain...

Having a huge issue with spell graphics. Below is a timeline of what I've done; -- All steps I generated a NEW spell file, ran shared_memory, did #hotfix, AND even completely shut down server and restart it - just in case...

First;

I made 300(ish) custom spells - one these spells made ALL spell graphics stop working.

Second;

I deleted all 300 custom spells to see if it was a custom spell, the spell graphics then WORKED!
----------------------

Then;

I imported spells one by one, logged in and tested spell graphics, first 100 or so made all spell graphics work.
----------------------

Then;

I found spell that BROKE spell graphics so, I deleted the spell entirely from Spells_New table.
----------------------

Then;

I logged back in to check spell graphics, none worked.
----------------------

So;

I deleted ALL customs spells AGAIN, no spell graphics, even still.
----------------------

So;

I obtained spell file from a different server, once again... no spell graphics.
----------------------


I'm at a complete lost of what happened. No settings are changed. I've copied new spell effects and etc from my main game file that hasn't been altered and I'm still have no luck.

ADD-ON - Spell graphics work on OTHER servers, but for some reason not on mine.

For the add-on part, I took the spell file I currently have (with no custom spells, just a gaping void from spell id 398 - 675), and the spells worked on another server, but when I logged back in under my client. Nothing.

EDIT - The only thing I could think of, which wouldn't make any sense to me, is that the NPC's have spell id's that they cast between that range that is possibly making it all go to hell... Like, Center(I think is one of the buffs that I removed) and without their ability to CAST said spell, I remember it use to crash my server... That was a couple years ago, but the client//server never loses connection. I can zone from zone to zone, attack/kill npcs, no error in logs... Just nothing... No idea what's going on.

RoF2 spell file with 44720 spells in it... (casted animations don't work)
Same RoF2 spell file with 10k~ of those spells deleted... (casted animations work)

edit: (worked with 40,000 spells as well.. so.. try using that many or less )

Not sure why it does this.. /shrug

I'll go through and delete the spells that have no use. I can't remember where I got this RoF client. I think it's the one from Steam back in the day...

Just weird that I attempted to duplicate a brand new spell file to have it work once, then deleted all custom spells AGAIN making it that SAME spell file, to have it not work again...

Also something I noticed... When I was using the brand new spell file, the EoC was able to write the spells super fast (within seconds), after I put that spell in the spell file that broke it, it writes really slow (takes like, 30 seconds)

EDIT: Spell file has 30k spells (deleted some higher level spells), no animations. No custom spells... Nothing....
