Default Bind Sight

So it looks to me like Bind Sight and all spells with its effect are totally broken.

Problem 1: Casting a spell with Bind Sight effect on a mob does not give the Bind Sight effect (i.e. you cannot see through the mob's eyes). The message "Your binding ends." appears instantly, probably because of problem 2.

Problem 2: Casting a spell with Bind Sight effect on a mob causes that mob to aggro instantly. This does not happen on Live. Bind Sight should be irresistable and generate no aggro.

Problem 3: If you cast a spell with Bind Sight on yourself (Assiduous Vision, for example) it cannot be clicked off or dispelled. To remove it from yourself, you must then cast it on a mob (I haven't tried casting on another player). You can Bind Sight on yourself on Live without problems.

Problem 4: Probably related to the other problems, but GM Bind Sight can be resisted by mobs.

As a clarification on Problem 1, casting the Bind Sight spell that has -only- the bind sight effect (spell #500) does stick to the mob you cast it on, but it also does aggro them. It was interesting using Bind Sight on an orc and see through its eyes as it shambled towards my character. It was even more interesting trying to run to the nearest zone line from the orc's point of view instead of my own! lol

Default Bind sight won't click off

On RoF2 (just now) if I cast bind sight on a mob, I cannot click off the buff and I am stuck in the mobs eyes for the full spell duration (long). On live you can click it fof no problems.
