Import loot from Magelo

Hey folks,

Using the latest PEQ DB Editor I am attempting to use the "Click here to import loot from Magelo" option but am receiving the following:

"Could not create ! Make sure the logs directory is writeable by your webserver."

I've made sure the logs dir in the C:\xampp\htdocs\peqedit is writeable by NT AUTH\SYSTEM, but to no avail.

Running Xampp under Windows 7.

Is there a setting under apache that I need to change?

Update pushed for this. However, I don't have DBD-MySQL to test.
