Default Bot run speed

So lately I have noticed an issue with bots rubber banding alot and me almost always having to end up using #bot group summon to keep them with me.

By rubber banding I mean running forward popping back a little (more or less acting like a player who is lagging alot)

They also seem to have been having a very hard time keeping up to the player.

So I have made this (CUSTOM) modification to prevent that and in testing with the bots I was able to run around kill a few mobs and such and did not have to use #bot group summon once. I also did not run into any other adverse effects from the coding so far.

While I understand this code is not a perfect solution and would likely not make it into the actual eqemu coding.

I figured I would post it here for any others who wanted to fix their bots lagging so far behind.

All you need to do is edit three lines in Bot.cpp

Line 321 should say
Code:
BotNPCType.runspeed = 45.0f;
Line 352 should say
Code:
Result.runspeed = 45.0f;
Line 2721 should say
Code:
int speed = 45.0f;//follow->GetRunspeed();

[Update]

I'm tracking a current bug that pertains to this behavior.

It became more prevalent after the movement speed changes..but, it still exists and I don't believe (at this time) that it is due to those changes.
