Pvp teams help

hello i'm have kick off a svere PVP teams need a litle help

i'm uesing RoF with windows it is up and working its a PVP teams atm there are 3 teams like to make only 2 and like to make it a progression server just looking for info on how to do this if i can not do it i pay
someone to do it for me thank you
