player can not login to my sever

this is my eqemu_config sever is up and runing i have everything working EOC 2.0 login everything working 100% can edit zone NPC save and everything working but friends can not log in no one out side of my home can login to the server can see it up been siting on it for 3 week reading up on it but can not get it to work i need help from professionals /wink ROFL
