Default EQTrilogy support
With EQClassic source code acquired, it would be great if we could convert it to be supported in EQEmu or EQMacEmu, etc. Would anyone with packet coding knowledge know if this would be a very daunting task, or relatively simple?

There is no plans to add support for older clients. Especially ones with older netcode. Plus this code has been out for a while.

That'd be very daunting and relatively pointless. I never understand the excitement over a Trilogy client. It sounds extremely miserable in every aspect outside of the ten minutes of nostalgia I'd experience.

Looks like secrets was playing around with the Trilogy client.

Here are 2 reasons why I personally want Trilogy to work. 1) The player mirror works, 2) Can play EQ on legacy hardware (win 95, 98, etc). Kinda like how ppl wanted the EQMac client supported, so people could play EQ on their Macs.
