download server issues?

I have been trying to do a windows install all day now. I have restarted at least 6 times. It gets to the map download and hangs. The file size has varied from a little over 800mb one time to 400mb and less every other time then it just sits there not changing in size and the script doing nothing.

Is there some problem with the hosting server?

I don't have the greatest internet connection but am having no problems doing anything else on the web and other site speeds seem normal.

Right now it's stopped on 409mb and has been there for 10-15 minutes.

If I leave it sitting will the script time out or will it eventually pick back up and continue?

Update:
I decided to just let it sit indefinitely but finally, after about 45 minutes it did pick back up and finally completed.

Yeah, that's a HUGE download..takes about 45 minutes to download on my system.

it wasn't the time it was taking that concerned me. The size of the file stopped changing for about 45 minutes then picked back up and completed. I had stopped the process several times thinking it was hung up. The last time I decided to just let it sit even if it was over night but it finally did pick back up and complete.

Server working great. Just wish I had had as good an outcome with the linux server I tried. Never could get the loginserver to work and accept logins. I may go back to it eventually since I would prefer to run it on linux.

I have installed the windows server but the server is not responding and the windows are also not getting the network compatibility from that. I also do not know how to fix that.
