Default missing quests
I had someone report that this quest NPC wasn't responding to hails: http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/q...tml?quest=2666

Check github and sure enough there doesn't appear to be a quest for Ulessa Bladesoul. There is one for Paldar Bladesoul though - https://github.com/ProjectEQ/project...r_Bladesoul.pl

Not sure if i should have necro'd a 10 year old thread... but this is this as well - http://www.eqemulator.org/forums/sho...ghlight=Ulessa

Did this maybe get forgotten about and is still incomplete?

Haven't looked, but if it was missed it was probably skipped because it was marked incomplete. A lot of missing info. I probably wouldn't write it without a comprehensive review.
