Default Problem creating bot

When I try to create a bot I get this error:

#bot create Blah 2 8 female
"bot failed to query name availability for Blah"

Any ideas?
Thanks,

-Phil

Update:
I think I figured it out.
1)I manually deleted all the tables beginning with "bot_" using heidi.
2)I edited the table called "db_version" and I changed the column for "bots_version" to 0.
3)Finally, I ran the script called "2015_09_30_bots.sql".

You can simply go into your server folder and run the update script (by itself). eqemu_server.pl (with internet connection) A menu will come up. Type setup_bots. It will give you everything you need for bots. (tables, binaries, etc). If you find it trying to install updates everytime you start your server, go into your bot version table and make sure it shows 9026.
