Ya, there is many different options for those seeking the knowledge, but I guess their biggest effort is reading and sifting through all the results to find the cause/solution. Like if one types "error 1017" I like using the full advanced, to try and narrow things down as much as I can. I know there is many different parameters that can be added to a search string, but the advanced page simplifies the process.
