Problems with connecting to Login Server.

Hello all,
The last time I played has been ages ago. I used to play on the Servers

Now with the lockdown going and all where I'm at I have a bit of free time I can spend on gaming. tried logging in and it seems I forgot my password so tried resetting it and now I'm getting a message stating that my phone number is being blacklisted. From my understanding from the threads here is to just start from the beginning ?

I don't mind doing that if that is the case. As both of the servers I played on are gone now I might as well start new on a fresh server. Also can someone confirm that the SMS verification thing works for numbers which aren't in the US. Thanks
