3) Run export_client_files.exe.
4) All the files that export_client_files.exe works with will now be in the directory created.

Currently we export: spells, skills and base data. We don't yet work with race but if someone works it out I'm not against more of the files being officially exportable.
This worked, thanks KLS.

I do not currently have that EXE file. The only default setting I changed was to add bots. Is it REQUIRED that I create it at compile, or can I compile it now without having to recompile my entire server?

Should be inside your /Source/Build/Bin/Debug/ folder assuming you followed the guide.
