Bazaar

I could not find any newish posts concerning the bazaar, so allow me to ask:

Has the present rof2 emu been made yet to support offline trading?

Or bazaar searches done the Live EQ way?

Or the ability to have buyers? (/buy, /barter)

If none of these things are present, is it because it would be such a huge undertaking that its easier to simply move that kind of stuff to a web solution?
