Default Adding/changing items without neededing to reload game?

I've been adding in new items to my server. But, they do not show up in-game until I close the game, close the server down and then reload everything. Is there a faster way to do this? Like maybe a command in-game?

Thanx.

#hotfix works beautifully, it was a great day here when the developers added it. Shared memory is a beautiful thing.

P.S. What did you mean by /10 char?

Default Mine doesnt work

I seem like im the only person things dont work for.

Trying to move objects, can work the x,y,z fine. I like OP have been restarting server over and over im on restart 600 something and it was becoming nuts and tiresome.

I have used #hotfix and it tells me : creating and applying hotfix.

Nothing happens as far as objects placement, changes, or moves. I zone out and zone back in, nothing.

I shut down the server and restart the server, item is moved.

I guess all of us are asking why we cant make a simple script or program to place the objects have an option called "save" and save to our PEQ DB, then hit the option "refresh" and discover items moved accordingly?

I scour posts for hours on end and see people claiming it works perfect for them, is there something I or others like me are missing as we dont have it work without rebooting server?

Whatever that last link went to is now dead. I managed to get all my items saleable, but now it says no storage on them all. There's no tag for storage in the properties, so it has to be a variable on one of the things I changed. I'd like to be able to do my fixes in livetime without restarting the server every time or having to shut down the database, but so far no dice. Was hoping to find some info on this, but the only gitbook link is dead. I'll try #hotfix, but I'm doubtful it will work because the #help entry alludes to a patch file, which I never have.
