Known Loginserver info, Lost forum account and email

Hello,

I have been playing EQEMU for roughly 13 years. I recently restarted again with some friends.

I remember my LOGINSERVER info and password, and have put some time on my characters with friends.

I have forgotten the FORUM account and EMAIL tied to my loginserver account. Is there any way to help with this? I would like to update my info to stay current.
