loadskin not enabled and other starting questions

Hi!

First off, I just setup my own server the other day. (I decided to try EQ after setting up a DAoC server the day before). Ran into some client issues but the server is up, database looks good and client was successfully connected (Titanium).

I have 2 issues I'm trying to resolve. (Yes I searched the forums and used "the google". ;D

First, when I try and load a UI Skin it says "loadskin is disabled here". I'm guessing I need to install or use the RCF2 thing? That might be backwards since I'm dyslexic.

Second, When I'm on the server select screen it says "you own 0 of 0 expansions". I thought Titanium came with a bunch. Is this a server config and not a client side issue?
