Creating an item search page
Some background: With my favorite EQ server going semi-kaput, it's looking like my best option is to stick to my own server, which means trying to figure out this Apache thing and starting a magelo. I had hoped to keep this on the back burner indefinitely, but it looks like the time is now for me to take this on.
Alongside of that, I'd like to create a...page? site? whatever? that allows you to search items in the database, similar to what other sites have. Searching by item name/keyword, what slot it goes in, stat criteria, mob-dropped or merchant-sold, that kind of thing. Is there some ready made template I can steal that can handle this, or is it something that needs to be done from scratch? Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanx.
