Can someone fiqure this out

Ok I have tried and tried to fiqure this out. I have an eqemu account and have had a loginserver. It says I don't have a server account or I cant even make one. Thing is I had same account for so many years. Please help me? The account name is Deathgazzer. If I lost my toon, he was a 54 wizard dark Elf
