Connecting email to loginserver name

I'm attempting to change the password on my loginserver account but I cannot remember the eq emu username or email address which I used to register the loginserver account name wiith.

Is it possible to submit my loginserver name somewhere to receive a prompt as to which email address/username it is registered under?

Any help would be much appreciated!
