connect to server from external

I've set up a server before, but I cannot remember where you have to change IP addresses in the config file to connect from outside the LAN.,. or am I thinking of something else. Have ports all forwarded and firewall set up, but seems like I'm supposed to change something somewhere else lol.. Any pointing in right direction would be appreciated.

Inside the server folder there is a file named eqemu_config.json
