INI Corruption

I have an INI corruption I cannot locate and it is affecting three characters now.

When these characters load into the game I get: "[Redemption] : Redemption i do not have this spell|aa|ability|disc|item accessable

The three characters are not Paladins, one is a cleric, a shadow knight and a warrior.
The three character ini files do not have any reference to Redemption in their files.
The problem began with one character and has now grown to the three.

At this point after starring at files and folders I am unable to find to culprit. Has anyone experienced this?
