Need Help with EQEmulator - Server Crashes when Loading Custom Zone

Whenever I try to load a custom zone that I've been working on, the server crashes. It's a bit frustrating since I've followed the documentation and guides carefully, but I can't seem to pinpoint the issue. The default zones load fine, so I'm fairly certain there's something specific to my custom zone causing the problem. I've already checked the logs for any error messages, but unfortunately, they're not providing much clarity on the matter. I've also tried comparing my custom zone files to those of the default zones to see if there's anything different, but so far, I haven't been able to identify any major discrepancies.
