SMS/Email Verification not working
Good day
I am trying to reset the password for one of my accounts as I seem to have forgotten it.
I entered my cell # for the SMS verification, got the code, entered it, and completed that step.
Now I'm stuck with this message
"SMS Verification completed.
Due to login server accounts already existing on this account, a final step of email verification must be completed before the SMS Number can be attached to the account.
If the email attachment process is not accepted or denied within 7 days, the SMS Number will automatically be accepted and become attached."
The problem is, I have not received any email attachment process to complete.
