Sorry for the necro, but just wanted to say thanks! gequip5.s3d was not present but gequip5_original.s3d was. I renamed it and now all the weapons are showing up. I don't recall changing it; can anyone else confirm that their RoF2 install had gequip5_original.s3d by default?
