Account banned?

So, my father went to login to his EQEmulator.org account and instantly spit him back out with his account was banned for spamming. (account is SLoctain) as far as i am aware and he's aware he's never posted to the forums.

He can't even browse EQEmulator.org logged out due to the banned message and has to use an incognito tab. Is there anything we can do to get this fixed? We're working on setting up a server which is how we discovered his account got banned somehow.

The account was used to spam in the forums. I recommend he change his password.

Thank you guys for the quick support. how do we go about doing this? can we just click the reset password link or is the account just perma banned?
