Default Problem with brand new Windows 11 Server

I believe I correctly registered my world server and login server yesterday, but get this error and EQ RoF2 client cant see my server. Any help?

1. Is your login server in the eqemu_config.json set to the EQEmulator login server and given the world server information?
2. Are you using the login server you have your server connected to on the client side?
