Default Miniloginaccounts.ini !!! HELP!

Loginserver.ini read.
Couldn't open the miniloginaccounts.ini file.
Server mode:standalone
Login server listening on port:5999

I had to make the ini file. I think i'm missing some words or something on it. Right now I have on it:
"yourlanip1 user1 password1
yourlanip2 user2 password2
yourlanip3 user3 password3
yourlanip4 user4 password4
.... "(without quotes, of course.)
Could someone help? I don't see anything that could be wrong with it. Thanks in advance! ~*Daeroth*~
