help !!!!

I have been trying to get the EQEMU modifications to log on the hackers for ever section and for some reason it does not seem to work, I think I am using the version of the patch and now I am think I need some help any Ideas on were the problem is because I think I followed the instructions right or should I just take out and then reinstall everquest and start form scratach
