Default Can't use world.exe, please help PLEASE

Ok, I'm stuck but I think I'm pretty close so I refuse to give up

I'm trying to set up a MiniLogin server b/c my college network won't let me connect to other ppls (which is why I'm not playing EQ Live or DAoC in the first place).

I got all the way to the end of the process to when I boot up MiniLogin, world, and zones. I type in world.exe and it tells me Error: Could not load item data. I'm assuming this is something related to the database, but I'm not sure. I've scoured the boards here and have seen several other people have this problem, but no one has posted the solution. Please, please, PLEASE can anyone help me?

Meant to include this:

LoginServer.ini

### --- This file tells world.exe what loginserver to connect to.
### --- Leave the account and password field BLANK.

### --- Public Login is un-supported as is LAN playing. We reccomend using the EQEmu.net Loginserver ALWAYS.

### --- NOTE: Starting 6-1-2002, you can no longer use the word "Server" in worldname.
### --- NOTE2: the word "Server" is added to each server automaticly.

your db.ini should have your actual MySQL username and password.

The db.ini does have the username and password, I just took them out for posting here.
