Default EverQuest not working -- period.

After much trial and error.. it seems that whenever I get the patcher working.. it gets to:

eqp_config.xml
_verQuest.exe

then crashes. I delete eqp_config.xml and it starts to patch _verQuest.exe again, and i'm guessing eqp_config.xml, its hard to tell cause its so small and it would download too fast for me to see.

So it seems that eqp_config.xml is crashing my patcher, with it in the folder, it doesn't work.. without it, it just patches it.

I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, etc... and the whole boot. :~(?

At first I guessed it was because a .dll or something isn't working.. but dunno :|

File/Error:

eqp_config.xml

Keep in mind, this is a fresh install, nothing changed Planes of Power right from the CD. I have no clue why its messed, nor does the EverQuest FAQ database.. thats why i'm here.
