For anyone that does frequest compiles

For anyone that compiles alot, heres a really nifty c cache preprocesser. Easy to install and use, and make's those long recompile times not quite so long.

Not quite as good as a -j3 option for those of us lucky enough to have multi processor machines, but still nice nonetheless...
