the number of npc's in cshome can vary thro each server, eqlive or not. Cshome is a place to create new npcs into the DB where as then you can add those new npcs in zones, nothing more, im suprised the zone isnt just a blank field for what it is used for the temple and arena is a nice addition i think.

the reason it isnt just a blank feild is for testing, stairs, swiming, PVP, so they can see if all this will work with the NPC live
