Server difficulties...

I've read through practically every post on this site (and browsed elswhere) and I'm unable to find a solution to my difficulties. When I run World.exe I come up with several errors, listed below~
[error] DBLoadItems query 'SELECT gmflag,ministatus,unknown002,unknown005,unknown107 ,unknown108,id,weight,norent...and lots more on that error.
Error: EMuShareMem: DLLLoadItems: !cbDBLoadItems
[Error] Error: Could not load item data. But ignoring
[Error] Could not load EQTime file ./eqtime.cfg
Warning: You need to get laid...
Error: LonginServer: :Connect: 'TCPConnection: :Connect ()" connect () failed. Error: 10061.

Is anyone capable of and willing to tell me what I am doing wrong? I would sincerely appreciate the assistance.

Looks like your db is non-existant or corrupt. Follow this exactly.

Thanks, I'll run through it again. I've already done it at least eight times...too bad I can't just drill holes and through-bolt it to make it work, lol...(I'm a diesel technician, not a computer technician.)
